Stephanie received her Master's in school counseling from City University of Seattle and holds an associate license in mental health counseling. For the last 4 years, Stephanie has worked in schools with students raging in age from 4-19. Prior to that she spent the last 9 years working with surviving spouses and children of fallen military. Stephanie see's counseling as a place to learn and grow. A place where you can see that you are not alone in your journey, where you can grow and become empowered to be the best individual possible. Stephanie enjoys working with children and young adults but also works with adults as well as families.
She has experience in working with children, teens, adolescents and their families in depression, anxiety (including social anxiety), ADHD, grief and loss with a strong trauma focused approach.
I believe that the therapeutic process looks different for each individual and through building a collaborative counseling relationship we can work together to reach your goals.
Stephanie see's client's ages 10+ via telehealth in the state of Washington.
